For those interested in the Dutch Leniency programme for cartels: a while ago the Dutch Competition Authority (NMa) made a film which gives a rather good impression of the Dutch leniency system. Obviously, at the same time, the film is a PR tool with the implicit message that snitching pays off....The film is availabe in English (subtitles) and Dutch.
