Although I'm not in the habit of writing here about my personal corporate litigation activities, I can't resist the temptation to mention that - and I'm understating here - today was a good day in that respect.
The judgment that was rendered at noon, and that concerns a dispute between shareholders in the joint-venture which owns the single Dutch nuclear power plant (as well as other parties), already generated media attention, e.g., here, here, here (with footage) and here (in English).
