We're happy to introduce Jaap Barneveld as new guest author for the coming month or so.
Jaap currently works at the University of Amsterdam as a Junior Lecturer and Researcher. He is interested in private law; principally corporate law and insolvency law. The subject of his PhD-thesis is finance of the private company. He will no doubt post heavily on that subject.
