Is available as of today. A thorough 72 page document, full of:

• interesting stats of code compliance by Dutch listed companies;
• a useful overview of national and international developments in the corporate governance realm (mostly Europe, but also US); and
• a list of focus points the committee will use in its coming research of the corporate governance landscape, including director and shareholder behavior and possible ways to provide ex ante incentives for proper conduct.
