On Thursday January 21, 2010, I will accept my appointment as corporate law professor at the Erasmus University Rotterdam with an inaugural lecture called "The Janus Head of Corporate Law".
I am going to focus on the facilitating and regulating character of corporate law and try to connect corporate law with entrepreneurship.
