Recently, an excellent book was published. Its title is ‘The Governing Law of Companies in EU Law’ and author Justin Borg-Barthet. In his book, Borg-Barthet examines recent EU developments and appraises the current law, as well as the foreseeable trajectory of the law. It’s a well-written book and I recommend reading it.
