Partner of The Defining Tension is the Dutch Journal of Company Law (Ondernemingsrecht), the leading Dutch magazine on corporate law and related matters.
As part of this partnership, we will periodically publish blog posts on specific themes by authors who come from the ranks of the journal and/or are invited by TDT and/or the journal, for purposes of generating discussion about these themes among authors and readers at TDT. You are invited to comment on the blog posts and/or responses of other readers, either directly in the comment section of these blog posts or indirectly by individual contribution (in which case you are requested to contact one of the Editors).
